y = mx + b
slope(m) = -4
(-2,1)....x = -2 and y = 1
now sub and find b, the y int
1 = -4(-2) + b
1 = 8 + b
1 - 8 = b
-7 = b
so ur equation is : y = -4x - 7 <===
