What is the 4th term when 8 + 2x2 − 4x4 + 7x3 is arranged in descending order?

it is obviously 8, this is because it says that its in decending order which is from biggest to smallest range.. -4x^4 would be the first one because it has the biggest exponent. then it goes 7x^3 then 2x^2 and finally 8..
