If you wasn't breaking it down the answer would be 5 because when your dividing you subtract your exponents. If we are then your answer would be 125.

First rewrite the numerator as (5^2)^3 which equals
5^6. Now you have
5^6/5^3
The rule is keep the base and subtract the powers.
5^3 or 125 is the answer
