a = 4√3sin60°

a = 6

To find b we use sine

sin 45° = a / b

a = 6

b = 6 / sin 45°

b = 6√2

To find c we use cosine

cos 60° = c / 4√3

c = 4√3 cos 60°

c = 2√3

To find d we use tan

tan 45° = a / d

a = 6

d = 6 / tan 45°

d = 6

Therefore a = 6 b = 6√2 c = 2√3

d = 6

That's option A.
