Kinetic energy of the women can be calculated using the formula,

K.E = [tex] \frac{1}{2}mv^{2} [/tex]

We have, mass of the women = 55 kg

Speed of the women = 3 m/s

Substituting the values we get,

Kinetic energy of the women= [tex] \frac{1}{2}55(3)^{2} [/tex]

= 247.5 J
